You can track your order easily by going to the main menu "FAQ / Order Tracking".

You can change your order address right after your order - unfortunately at a later time it's not possible to change your address cause the items are processed immediately automatically after an order has been placed.

Please send us a message using the contact form with your order number and the new shipping address.

The email you send us has to come from the email address you filled in within your original order. Please be aware of that otherwise we can't accept a new shipping address for security reasons and your own safety!

We offer free shipping with tracking on all orders!
Shipping normally takes 9 to 18 days.

Although we're doing everything of taking perfect care of your order, as soon as the shipment leaves us, we don't have control over the package.

In some cases it can take up to 30 days when additional security controls or customs investigations at the airport are happening or shipments are not processed further because of bad weather conditions or like the actual worldwide situation.
