Shipping
Normally it takes 3-9 business days to receive your order at your door. Once you placed your order, your items get shipped within 24-72 hours. We do everything possible to ship your items as fast as we can.
Please note that although we're doing everything of taking perfect care of your order, as soon as the shipment leaves us, we don't have control over the package. In some cases it can take longer when special weather conditions occur, additional customs investigations at the airport are done or strikes happen.
Whatever happens, you'll get your order!
You will get a shipping confirmation and shipping updates via email and you can easily follow your order status at any time on our tracking page and if you like, for a double check, also on the courier website.

With our prime shipping partner, we ship, based on your location, with the fastest carrier available: USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post.
The best way to change your order is to contact our support via the contact form, providing your email address, you placed the order with and your order #number. If your order has already been shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order.
Please make sure you tracked your order on our Tracking page here. When your order is shipped, tracking can take up to 72 hours until it is fully available. In case the tracking is not updating for several days, please contact us and we are happy to look into what is going on.
Returns, refunds, exchanges
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
We're happy to provide exchanges for the original item, in the size needed or another item in the same price range. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us, using the contact form, providing your email address and your order #number.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. In case a product arrives damaged, we reserve the right to send you a new item.
Payment
We accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery. All transaction are encrypted and secure - we never store your credit card information!
