Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons - especially the actual worldwide situation, once you ordered, we are unable to provide any refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us using the contact form so we can see if we are able to help resolve your issue.
Should a product arrive you damaged, we reserve the right to send you a new one. A refund of the purchase price is not possible.
Once an order is placed and payed it is not possible to cancel an order. Your order items are getting prepared and sent to USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. for shipping immediately to provide the fastest shipping possible.
Wrong Shipping Address
If you name us an incorrect shipping address, we will send you a new item, after the tracking proves the item could not be delivered and is send back to us.
Refunds & Exchanges
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or an item once for a different size within 30 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the contact form.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
