Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

 

Exchanges

We're happy to provide exchanges for the original item, in the size needed or another item in the same price range. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us, using the contact form, providing your email address and your order #number.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement. In case a product arrives damaged, we reserve the right to send you a new item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

  

Shipping Address

If you made a mistake in the shipping address and need to change it, please contact our support via the contact form, providing your email address, you placed the order with and your order #number. If your order has already been shipped, we are not able to make any changes to your order.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payed it is not possible to cancel an order. Your order items are getting prepared and sent to USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. for shipping immediately to provide the fastest shipping possible. Please contact us for a return and return the items for a refund.
