Shipping Policy

All orders come with free shipping and live order tracking! Tax is always included in the prices you see on our website.

Shipping normally takes 9 to 18 days which may longer at the moment because of high demand and the actual "Covid-19 situation".

Although we're doing everything of taking perfect care of your order, as soon as the shipment leaves us, we don't have much control over the package. That is why we can't and don't guarantee shipping times.

In some cases it can take up to 30 days when additional security controls or customs investigations at the airport are happening or shipments are not processed further because of bad weather conditions.

Whatever happens, you'll get your order!

We ship with our logistics partner with the fastest carrier available, based on your location and product, for example, USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, ePacket. At the moment we ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates.

These meant conditions can change every time and we don't give a guarantee on shipping prices or shipping time.

If a shipping gets lost, we'll send you a new item. If you name us an incorrect shipping address, we will send you a new item, after the tracking proves, the item could not be delivered and is send back to us.
