Our charity to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF)
We, at The Bridal Bra, strongly believe in Mother Teresai’s words when she said –
“not all of us can do great things.
But we can do small things with great love”
It is for this love that we have remained committed to our charity course, touching lives around the globe in our small ways that we believe go a long way in transforming lives around the world.
Giving to charity work rests deeply in our heart as an organization and that is why we recently turned our focus to helping the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, one of the highest-rated US-based nonprofit organizations committed to achieving prevention and a cure for breast cancer, and their projects because they’re doing is something that we absolutely believe in and would want it achieved to save people around the world.
The funds that we use to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, commonly referred to as BCRF, are a part of proceeds from our sales that we’ve dedicated to our charity activities, as seen in our website.
We are Los Angeles-based specialists in handmade body and bra, specifically designed for wearing underneath your chosen wedding gown. We have been tailor-making these bras for brides since 2018 when we first opened our doors for business and have supplied to hundreds of thousands of clients around the world.
The Bridal Bra holds women close to our hearts and that, typically, explains our move to commit a % of sales from each bra towards supporting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation whose mission is to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research. Through the BCRF grants, researchers are able to make discoveries and design new approaches to address all aspects of breast cancer in record time.
According to BCRF’s CEO, Myra J. Biblowit, the foundation’s main goal is “to accelerate the breakthroughs that will bring us closer to a cure to speed up the progress that will improve survivorship and quality of life for breast cancer patients today”. That’s a statement that we, at The Bridal Bra, fully echo and support. BCRF awards $40 million annual grants to 275 scientists from top universities and medical institutions around the world and this, basically, explains the need why well-wishers like us need to step in and help them hit this particular target.
We purpose to continue supporting this BCRF noble course and you too can help us achieve that by sharing our products and helping us reach as many people as possible because every coin of sale that we make matters to this charity that we’ve dedicated our hearts to.
